Anger is fatal! It can cause serious harm to you and other's connected with you. In the time of proliferating violence, you can't underestimate anyone's agitation. If I have to target a particular section of society, it will youth for the very simple reason: The so called "Anger Issues". It's natural to get angry but unnatural to become destructive.
To get hold of the understanding of issues related to anger, you must be clear of two things. One is passive aggressive behaviour and other is active aggressive behaviour. A Person who is passively aggressive will emotionally abuse and traumatise you until your break down. Such kind of people likes to play with emotions and they will hurt you emotionally but someone who is suffering from active aggressive behaviour can hurt you physically. When you believe yourself there is no force like anger which can't be defeated.

Meditation is the masterstroke for summoning all the positivity from the universe. Meditation cleanses your spirit and body. It is a good source of passing out and if you will inhibit this routine in your daily life routine, you will less likely to be angered on trivial issues. All you need is the right kind of energy which will be directed to the path of attaining tranquillity.

Do you have boxing gloves? Or do you like to run? Well if you do, then it is the best possible way to eliminate your anger at that time. Whenever someone angers you, pick up your sports shoes and start running miles or start working out exhaustively. A workout is an excellent way to pass out your anger as it shifts your mind to a completely new track. There is also an added advantage to it, no loss only gain.

The major reason which propels is the emotional cutter you have stocked your heart with. Many times we lay down expectations from people, unfulfillment of which hurts. When you get hurt you learn to hate. And when you start to hate it turns into aggression. What you need to do is remove the redundancy from your life. Those who will be left post the cleansing are worth the keepers. Sooner you will see yourself encircled by positive spirited people and then there will be no room for anger in your life.

However unavoidable the situation becomes and no wonder how much heated the aura is, you can't let yourself collapse. Whenever someone triggers you, close your eyes and try to pacify yourself at once. Take time to analyse the situation underlying in front of you. Think before you act because your actions can determine a lot lately. Try moving out of the place and try figuring things out.

How many of you have heard that laughing is a good medicine? It definitely is. Imagine yourself at the interview where you boss is trying to bully you or pressurise you. What will you do? Will you growl at him? You can't. So to relieve the stress you will find humour and calm yourself down. Whenever you feel angry try relieving tension in the air by laughing at it. Use humour to clean the bad breath. However, you can avoid sarcasm as it gets witty.

Empathy is "to be able to step into someone's shoes". When you empathise with others you build an understanding of them. When you empathise, you are more likely to be in a position of understanding other person's problem and less likely to be aggressive.

Holding a grudge for a long time can fuel aggression in a long run as the energy can neither be created nor can be destroyed. When you hold a grudge you block a part within yourself from being free. The blocked part gets converted into a negative energy and sooner can exploit your sanity and put you in trouble. People who hold a grudge are more likely to show criminal instinct than those who don't.

Last but not the least; never hesitate to seek elderly help. If you notice traits which are not normal or you face intense aggressive behaviour with your peers and colleague, it is the time you should seek an elderly advice. Remember behind every mishap is a callous attitude that we linger to.
