No list No Donation aims to reclaim the essence of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)

New Delhi, April 6, 2017: Last week, Dr. Munish Raizada, the front runner of No list no donation initiative, along with other supporters marched to the AAP MLA offices, to give them the holy book Srimad Bhagavad Gita, symbolizing their demand for AAP Shudhikaran.

Many of volunteers expressed grave disappointment regarding the insouciance of AAP MLAs and higher authorites. AAP MLAs turned a blind eye to the initiative. Dr. Ajay Jamdagni said that if AAP MLAs are not accepting Bhagvad Gita then, perhaps, we should give him Quran, citing Vote bank politics played by AAP. Mr. Hari Shankar Sharma, former worker of Nangloi Vidhan Sabha said "Lok Tantra ke muh par bahut bada tamacha maara hai AAP ne" (AAP has been a great disappointment to Indian democracy). He also said that in this party sycophants and corrupts rake the rewards.

On April 2, Dr. Raizada along with supporters were marching towards Nangloi's MLA office. Supporters were distributing the flyers consisting of details about No List No donation campaign (Chanda Bandh Satyagraha) to the residents of Vandana Vihar and its adjacent localities of Nangloi.

AAP MLA Girish Soni of Madipur neither came out nor accepted the holy book. On the other hand, Nangloi's MLA Raghuvendra Shaukeen was informed prior about the program, but he happened to not be present in his office.
