The film portrays two Indian soldiers who are shooting down a couple of terrorists. Soon after the terrorists are dead one soldier tells the other one that they should carry dead bodies back to the post as it will be an evidence for all those asking for it, mentioned the Financial Express.
According to the Financial Express report, clearly, the scene attacks Arvind Kejriwal who he has been mentioned as Vibhishan in the film. The film metaphorically suggests about the present day Ramayana, where Pakistan is considered as the Ravana, Indian Army as Lord Ram and Arvind Kejriwal as Vibhishan.

Arvind Kejriwal is directly attacked when one of soldiers refer to him as the "muffler-topi waala" Vibhishan. The other soldier replies back saying, "This Dussehra, Vibhishan's effigy will be burnt before Raavan's."
Arvind Kejriwal was criticised and trolled for advising the Centre to provide proof of the strikes, several users in social media platforms took a dig at him after that.
Even after such repeated demands coming from him and many others, due to security concerns, the government has refused to come out with the surgical strikes video.

The film ends with an apt message to all who were or are demanding evidence to the strikes saying, "A soldier himself is the evidence of a safe nation."
