World's first robotic mobile phone is on sale now. The small pocket size cute robot is capable of walking and dancing. Weighing 390 grams and 19.5cm in height (almost 8 inches) makes it the direct opposite of how other smartphones are evolving.
Named as RoBoHon, it offers WiFi and LTE which helps in making it working like a phone do. It also features 320×240 two inch screen on the back , on the inside there's a small camera which is used for facial recognition and voice recognition. All features can be found on any smartphone today, but the difference is they're not robots.

The cute robot can sit, walk, dance, get up and raise its arm if there is any notification. It is very interactive and talkative and it will do all types of Siri things with less hassle. RoBoHon will talk to you if there is text message, memo, and wake you up if there is alarm.
It can do a lot but it doesn't come easy on pockets. It costs around $1,800 (1.25 lakhs approx) for nothing but a high tech toy but it does not end there once purchased a user has to $6 per month to use RoBoHon's voice recognition feature.
The RoBoHon is developed by Japanese electronics company Sharp and engineer Tomotaka Takahasshi. The company has also invented the first robot astronaut 'Kirobo' which went on sale with a base price of JPY 198,000.
The Japanese electronics manufacturer has opened theRoBoHon Café in Tokyo to mark the launch. The visitors can test the humanoid robot until June 7.
The Osaka-based company currently produces around 5,000 units per month and wishes to be a world leader in this type of mobile. The company has sealed a takeover agreement with Taiwanese giant Foxconn known for assembling iPhones and iPads for Apple.
