NewsGram Desk

New Delhi, October 22, 2017 : The capacity towards how smartly you manage your time and how productively you make use of your resources determines how successful you become. If you find yourself lazy and a slow-mover, you need to understand what you are best at and continue doing that.

Here are some quick fixes to motivate you, charge up your dull day, and help you manage your time in smarter ways,

1. Make a listicle of your priorities

You go through lots of thoughts through out the day; writing down everything would define your goals for the day clearly. Make a to-do list of your daily chores to be done on a prior basis in chronological order.

2. Execute your to-do-list

Mark the issues that are important to each day. Frame a daily calendar for yourself for work, home and personal life separately. Manage your time smartly by customizing your lists to keep a balance of personal and professional life.

3. Don't give importance to all issues at one go

Give your focus to specific issues and aim to get the tasks at hand completed by the end of the day. Make a difference each day and attempt to solve the situations critically. This will help you manage your time with improved performance and sustained productivity.

4. Retain some energy for the rest of the day

Don't exhaust yourself by packing your day with so much action that you're left stressed at the end. Learn to relax and let go. Stroll out and breathe in fresh air. Do remember that your family and relationships are more important than your professional work. Give your body some mental rest with seven to eight hours of sleep and learn to manage your time.

5. Consume a proper and balanced diet

If you want to manage your time with only work efficiency, then you're absolutely wrong! Limit the intake of whites- sugar, white flour and salt. Combat your exhaustion with normal intake of coffee and eat your food on fixed timings everyday. Take breaks between work and have some juicy fruits or salads.

6. Avoid the urge to over achieve

Remember that overachievement will leave you tired and unproductive. Some things in life are best when slow cooked. Be patient to accept whatever comes by your way and adapt with your environment accordingly.

7. Live in the present and explore your heart out

Enhance your skills by finding happiness in what you love. Concentrate on what's on your plate and not what others have already had. Realize the costs of buying into myths of perfection. Accept the failures and learn a lesson each day as life moves on. Try to focus on your passion and indulge yourself in the best way possible to manage your time.
