Terror Strikes Again: Blast at Dargah Shah Noorani Shrine in Pakistan’s Balochistan Kills 30 and Injures 100

Karachi, November 12, 2016: On Saturday, at a popular shrine in Pakistan's Balochistan province nearly 30 people, including women and children were killed and more than 100 injured in a blast.

In the remote Hub region in Lasbela district, the blast took place where the devotees were attending a Sufi dance called "dhamaal" at the famous Dargah Shah Noorani shrine.

According to PTI, "However, an official of the Edhi Trust Foundation told local media that nearly 30 people, including women and children, were dead and around 100 injured in the blast."

Balochistan Interior Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti confirmed the blast and said, it is a remote area and it would be a difficult task to retrieve the dead and injured people.

"Our local focal person has told that about 30 people were killed," said the Trust's Hakeem Lassi.
