PMO will replace the existing public web interface with a new portal called, "PRAGATI". The online portal is getting launched along with prime minister`s monthly program of video-conferencing with union and chief secretaries.

The new portal will consist of nine sub-categories to register different matters of concern related to corruption within various government departments. The departments listed under the category of corruption are telecom, railways, department of financial services, ministry of power, petroleum, heavy industries, urban development, road transport, rural development and others.

The users also have the option of being more specific with their complaints. For example, harassment is sub-categorized into SC/ST, women, children, differently-abled. This gives people the freedom to expressing their problems and get heard too. There is also a category called 'Police' and it will also have sub categories.

Finally the PM will look into the issues addressed by relevant departments and discuss the loopholes with concerned departments through video conferencing on every third Wednesday of the month. He will follow up every issue until the complainer is satisfied and the issue is closed.
